Windows claims to not be genuine after two months or so

About two months ago, it may have been less, i had my computer sent down by geek squad to get fixed for some part problems, camera, charger port, exc. they had to reinstall windows for my camera to work (... i don't think it does still anyways...) Now i get an error saying it's not genuine. i don't have the key because i have no clue who downloaded it, if it was in store while i dropped it off, or sent out to 1 of 100 possible people who could have fixed it.... i saw a thread earlier about someone who had the same problem, but different scenario i think, this information might help, not sure...

Windows is unable to find the SLIC table in the BIOS required to self-activate the OEM_SLP Key in use

You need to change the Product Key to the one on the COA sticker on the machine's case (or inside the battery compartment), using the Change Product Key link at the bottom of the System properties page.

You may need to activate by phone.
