    Click on Download Now button

When the download is complete . Drag the DDS program from the Downloads folder to your Desktop

Double click the DDS icon on the Desktop then click the Run button to run the tool.

Place a check next to attach.txt and click Start . When done, DDS will open two logs
    • DDS.txt
    • Attach.txt

Save two logs onto your desktop and upload them with your reply

    How To Upload a File
Click on the Go Advanced button under the Message box . Scroll down to Additional Options then click on Manage Attachments in the Attach Files sections . Click the Browse button locate the file then click on the Open button . In the Upload File from your Computer section click on the Upload button . Wait until it finishes uploading then close the window . Then click Submit Reply .

    That's OK - this time there's actually a reason for it :)
You removed a Network card? That will almost always trip the activation threshold.

You should re-activate again now, validate again, then add back the network card (if you need/want to).

Thanks VistaKing. Here are the 2 files. I editted out my musical gear from the installed program section of attach.txt. I hope that's not an issue. Otherwise I'll post the entire attach.txt file. I know this sounds a bit silly, but I am a bit protective of the gear I use.

Thanks NoelDP. Attempting to reactivate right now. When you say remove Network card, do you mean just disabling it? That's what I've been doing.

NoelDP's suggestion worked! I did have my network card enabled while I was doing the phone activation earlier. So this time I disabled the network adapter before the phone validation. Now even when I'm disconnected, Computer > Properties is showing "Windows is Activated" !

Thanks to both you guys VistaKing and NoelDP. You guys are absolutely awesome! I might be back soon if the problem returns. Let's hope this holds for a while.

Is there any other tests I should conduct to make sure the activation is complete?

Ok I ran the 2 tools and attached the reports. Considering that's 3 years accumulated junk, it looks pretty clean.
