You cannot sell it - if you read the Supplementary License terms on the package, it is restricted solely to use on the affected machine.

I hope you are joking and this aint true, what happens if ai sell and someone else installes it etc..

I did warn you earlier about this
Please locate the secondary license terms - they should be on the outside of the box.
I only have a copy from a few years ago, so it may not be current.

Just tried asking microsoft via live chat and told to ring back on monday which i will do and post re-apply. Hope I can sell it or even return it to them for a cheque/cash

They will NOT return your counterfeit under any circumstances - so that means that you are unlikely to be able to claim a refund from the fraudster.
Why not accept the facts, and use the OS on your machine?
