Windows 7 Build 7601 This is not a genuine version

I was hoping that by posting this diagnostics report, I may get some help with my Windows 7 Build 7601 This version is not genuine error:

I have a recycled Dell laptop (I bought from a medical company that was updating their hardware) and according to the seller, the version of Windows that was installed is authentic. This laptop used to have Vista installed on it. He upgraded it to Windows 7 before selling it to me. I do not have a copy of Windows 7 to attempt a reinstall of the OS.

I tried reactivating Windows but it doesn't like the product key I have on this laptop either.

Thanks for any help you can offer! I'm not very technical and at a loss!

I am by no means a licensing expert, but from what I gather, this:

    Windows License Type: OEM SLP
means that Windows should have been pre-installed on said laptop by the OEM (Dell), which is not the case as you've pointed out. Purchase a copy of Windows 7 and perform a clean installation.

As Oreo has said, the License type in use here is for pre-installed Windows only - your machine was built in 2008 and cannot therefore have shipped with Windows 7 pre-installed.
There is no sign that an Activation Exploit has been used - so if you have (or acquire) a legitimate Full License for Windows 7, you can simply change the Key to that one, and activate it. (although I would want to clean install anyhow.)
