Sept 10th started receiving IE blocked website from displaying content

It said because of certificate errors. These came up when trying to access Outlook. When I said "show content" it would be okay only for a second then I received a message "Cannot access Outlook now, try again later". Now we could not use Outlook at all.

After work I went into safe mode and there I did not have the issue. I checked out system restore and there were two critical updates done on the 9th around 6:30 pm so I restore back to those. Did not fix the problem

This morning I went back into system restore and found another critical update done around 1:30pm on the 9th so I restored back to it and the problem was fixed.

Now no Certificate Errors when accessing Outlook.

When I am back home from work I will be trying to figure out what critical update was done at 1:30pm to get more information.

Has anyone had this type of issue before?

    Thanks
