hi guys every time i try to update this Security Update for Microsoft Office 2013 (KB281009) 64- Bit Edition it keeps failing on me anyone can help me please>

Hi guys, A friend of mine showed me her laptop today and she showed me something that i find very weird. Her Microsoft Office 2013 has an FPS counter on the upper right side and lower right side of the window pane! I have no idea where did this come from and if it is even possible to remove it....
