Windows Update error 80073712 (sfc, windows feature, help not working)

Hello, my Windows Update is not working: it returns the error 80073712. It has been like this for several months. I tried to do sfc /scannow but it says: "beginning system scan. This process will take some time" and 2 seconds after it says "Windows Resource Protection could not preform the requested operation". My Windows Help and Support doesn't work either as well as my Windows Features (when I open "Turn Windows features on and off" it returns a blank box). I also tried the "Windows6.1-KB947821-v27-x86.msu" but it does not repair the error. I also scanned my system with Malwarebytes Antimalware and avast! to see if it was a malware or virus but i do not find anything.

In the other hand, my date and time is working as well as my search box.

I do not know what I have to do.
    I have a Windows 7 Ultimate x86.
    Thank you for your help

PS: I also tried some other things but I do not remember anymore what they were

I think you have some severe problems....

I need to have alook at your COMPONENTS registry hive

Please copy theC:\Windows\System32\config\COMPONENTS file (no extension) to your desktop andthen compress it - upload the compressed file to your favoured fileshare site(preferably Dropbox or SkyDrive) and post a link.

Your problems don't surprise me too much

    Let's see if this helps.....

Please downloadand install Malwarebytes Anti-malware(free version) from http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free/- UNtick 'Enable free trial of MBAM PRO' at the end of the installation - and update it, then run a full scan in your main account, and Quick scans in anyother user accounts.

    I already have malwarebytes anti-malware
I'm starting the scan. It will take some time though: I'm going to tell the results tomorrow.
Thank you for your help :)

Finished the scan: removed 15 "threats". They were PUP and Trojan Clickers but these trojan clickers were CMake .bin files :/
THen, I restarted the computer as instructed, and tried to update Windows: it does not work.

I think the problem comes from the services that are disabled.
In my computer these are disabled (Windows services): SDRSVC,WBioSrvc, idsvc, WCSPlugInService, wcnsvc, WinDefend, WerSvc, WecSvc, StiSvc, msiserver,FontCache.3.0.0.0 and WinRM. Moreover, I do not have Windows Help and Support service in the list.
