Looks to me as if some of the basic services aren't properly configured - which is preventing other services from starting.
Looking at you COMPONENTS hive, I'm almost surprised that the machine boots at all. It's effectively an empty file, while it should be 40MB+
Your only real way forward now is possibly a System Restore back to when the system was working properly - or a repair install.
