    Windows 7 not genuine error

I have reformat my laptop, and everything going smoothly until I was prompted to resolve online because my Windows is not genuine. But I think it should not be like this as I have reformat from an original Windows 7 bundled with the laptop. So, I had asked the Microsoft support, but at the end, they told me to find a thread regarding this issue and I keep receiving that "resolve now" error prompt. So, please help me.
And these is another problem that I would to get help:
    1- The genuine error prompt
2- How to remove scr virus
3- I cant use command prompt, error (0xc000007b)
4- The security center service(WSVSVC) cant be started.

    2. Run the tool, and then click Copy - ignore any errors if they appear

    3. Use CTRL+V to paste the unedited results of the tool here in your next reply

It sounds as if you have a major problem - what Anti-Virus have you installed?

Please downloadand install Malwarebytes Anti-malware(free version) from http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free/- UNtick 'Enable free trial of MBAM PRO' at the end of the installation - and update it, then run a full scan in your main account, and Quick scans in anyother user accounts.

    Delete everythingit finds

    then
Please downloadthe Farbar Service Scanner from

    http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/farbar-service-scanner/

Right-click onthe saved file and select 'Run as Administrator', and tick all the options, then click on the Scan button - copy and paste the report to your response.
