Code 80070664 Error

I am having trouble updating Office 2013 files after the most recent patch Tuesday fiasco.

I have tried all the hotfixes suggested by MS to no avail. The error code suggests an Office 2007 error (according to Google) but I had uninstalled it for 2013 a few months ago.

Attached are the files in question and files. I can't upload the CBS.zip files because it exceeds the 8Mb upload limit. I've run the System Update Readiness Test and it said it had repaired a corrupt file. I have run SFC scannow with no issues.

Thanks in advance.

The CBS files are listed but the file totals 14.9Mb. Which file do I need to upload?

SFC seems (or at least claims) to have fixed a corrupted file - I'm not convinced

Please run another SFC /SCANNOW and post the new CBS.log files (we only need the CBS.log and the latest CBSPersist file this time).

That way we'll see if it was actually successful.

Apologies for the late reply.

I ran the SFC Scannow and it came up with a message "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations"

I have also uploaded the CBC zip file.

Thanks again.

OK - let's have a look at the windows update log.

Please zip the file c:\windows\windowsupdate.log and post it to a reply - it may give us some clues as to what's wrong.
