Windows 7 activation 'Must reinstall" OEM Windows

Hello,

Recently, I bought a new monitor. I moved my Dell XPS 8300 from the desk on to the floor and it must have gotten bumped. Check Disk ran and deleted my Win 7 activation files. I've tried reactivation and it says I must re-install Windows.

Is there any way I can skip re-installing Windows, I don't have the disks that came with the computer.
