Updates failing 80073712 due to corrupt manifests

Updates are failing with 80073712. I had aload of corrupt manidests I have managed to repair or find all but two of the manifests I need. They appear to be for C++ but I have failed to find the version that has these manifests. Tried everything I can think of, if you have these I would be eternally grateful for a copy of them. I have attached the CBS.zip. The files I need are:

    winsxs\manifests\x86_microsoft.vc90.openmp_1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b_9.0.21022.8_none_ecdf8c290e547f39.manife st
    winsxs\manifests\x86_policy.9.0.microsoft.vc90.mfc_1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b_9.0.30729.1_none_7dd1e0ebd6590e0 b.manifest

You have a variety of problems of which the two manifest errors are relatively minor.
    1) a number of files show as corrupt in the SFC log
    2) there are a number of fatal errors in the background CBS data
    3) the other error in CheckSUR - (w) Unable to get system disk properties 0x0000045D IOCTL_STORAGE_QUERY_PROPERTY Disk Cache

I suspect that your best option is to back up data to external media and attempt a repair install - but you may well have to do a clean install.
