WIN7 clean install issues (Partition on SSD & corrupted recycle bin)

Hi all, thanks in advance for any help.

    Background info:
Been having issues with my computer being stuck in the "windows recovery" loop, where even if I shut down the computer or restart myself, the PC thinks it has suffered a crash and prompts me to select safe mod, safe mode with networking, normal mode etc. It does this everytime. Once it boots back up, my settings remain as of the 29/11/13. Due to this, I can't run mem tests, or install malaware bytes etc as I have to reboot for effects to take place and well, my pc thinks its the 29th and anything i've installed is gone.

    What I've done:

A long list of things as suggested by MS and this forum on my orginal BSOD issue but due to the windows recovery loop, they aren't working.

    What I'm doing:
I'm trying to do a clean refresh of windows 7 home premium 64bit. I've downloaded the ISO and burned it to disc using img burn. I've jiggered BIOS to launch from CD and can enter the repair screen (it detects nothing to repair), I can now attempt to reinstall windows.

    Issues

Presented with DISK 0: partition 1: system recovered, 100mb total, 61mb free and disk 0 partition 2: 59gb total, 10gb free. I need to format.

Format brings up error: failed to formate the selection partition. Error 0x80070057. I googled this and used MS advice Error 0x80070057 when you format a hard disk drive to install Windows 7.

This brings up a new error: 0x80004005 "failed to create a new partition on the selected unused space" Which I can't resolve.

Poking about with the delete options, I manage to get something to work: Disk 0: part 1: 100mb, 61mb free space, disk 0 unallocated sace 59gb, 59gb free. I select this for the install, since it is telling me i have 60gb free instead of 10gb.

    Installer installs.
    copying windows file- ok
expanding windows files - gets to 100% and receive an error message about $recycle bin is corrupt and unreadable. Any changes are rolled back.

I'm them left on the install screen and can't return (unless i'm missing a command to enable this) to the main menu where I'd like to use the repair function.

    Any suggestions?

    Oh, sorry for long post....

I just googled that error and on one website found some information about the disc you are using to install windows being damaged or corrupt.

I know you are using a burnt disc have you tried checking the disc for scratches or any other damage? Could even be a bad disc it has happened to me.

You could also try to use a USB to do this which would rule out the possibility of 'bad writes'.

Never experienced a problem like this but I will try to help as much as I can.
