How can I update windows 7 without Internet?

I have dell 1558 laptop with Windows 7 Home premium (supplied with laptop). I had to format my disk and reinstall OS a fresh. This laptop doesn't have any internet connection and would like to update it offline.

I remember there used to be a site with all the windows updates packaged into single file (back those XP days). Could anyone suggest if there're such packaged bundles (incl. SP1 if possible) still exist? or any other solutions??

You can download the SP1 installer in ISO form from here...
Download Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2 Service Pack 1 (KB976932) from Official Microsoft Download Centre

Other updates are more problematic, as there are no roll-ups available that I know of.
Your best option is simply to get the machine connected, and update it - then go back to being unconnected. You don't often need updates anyhow, if the machine is not connected to anything else.
