Upgrade win 7 home premimu 64 bit to PRO 64 bit
Hello,
I would like to upgrade my Win 7 home premium 64 bit to Pro due an upgrade of RAM.
Now I had to realise that the Anytime upgrade function does not work any more and that Microsoft actually does not sell any more upgrade, licence for Win 7.
So here are few question the MS should bring to consideration.
Win 8 has not got a good review at professional, high end level. Everyone stick to Win 7. Win 8 is what it is, same as Vista. Now, you are planning to go back in the new version of 8 to the old Win look, but yet you force people to upgrade to the current win 8. It is not going to happen. Why do you stop a service that could make you some extra income and less trouble for your costumers? The whole upgrade would take 10 minutes, I would pay and thanks, good bye. And this is not the first case in the last few month. But no, I can only upgrade to win 8. Again. It is not going to happen.
Can you please reactivate the service for Win 7? I (and not only me) just want to buy Win 7. People like it, it is reliable (finally), and it is well developed.
With Win 8 the same old mistake has been done as with Vista. You have not learn anything!
Why don t you let people use and buy the system that is loved and trusted? It is just a software, you sell "keys" and they are just open up the features ( as I understand). In my case I could use my 32 g RAM. But now it is there and "unusable", thanks to your wonderful business policy! You see, these are exactly the kind of actions why people turn away from Win OS and basically from MS.
So again, what is the big thing to stop a service that require nothing expect more "keys"? You do not need to open new mines, or employ more people in India and China. You do not more servers, or any kind of intellectual resources. It is done, ready and wanted!
You should really start listen to your costumers as Adobe or MAXON does, not just develop things by your sometimes very limited and rigid "imaginations". It is a common mistake that decision makers live in a little bubble without real connection of reality.
We want Win 7 back. Let us choose what we use, do not decide for us!!! It is an ultimatum. OS dictatorship!!!! Seriously!
Please suggest something acceptable for my problem and not that buy win 8!!! It is not a solution for me, at all!!
I have the money, I want to pay and you don`t let me! Are you (not you personally but decision makers at MS) crazy??
Best,

P.S.: And Merry Christmas
