I need to test something before getting you to try it - and my time is severely limited at present.
Can you wait until Friday?

Yes Friday is fine. Again, thank you for your time. If I lived in GB, I would be buying at the pub!

I did not hear from you Friday so I am just checking in to see if you have had a chance to do any testing. Thanks!

You should have shouted at me on Saturday :)

I've never seen the type of error showing in that latest output - I would have expected something there, at least.

Please run the following commands, and post the results..

I also looked in the directory and did not find it either. I did find x86_microsoft-windows-ie-iecompat_31bf3856ad364e35_8.0.7601.17514_none_bdb13999062e3561. Should I try this in the commands instead?

No - that's a different version of the file/folder - don't touch it please!.

I think I see what's happened.
