ok.....when I try to upload the CBS folder I get a 500 - Internal Error page. Ideas?

Usually temporary, they just added a new forum and have been fiddling with the servers. Try later.

Most likely the file you are trying to upload is larger than the allowed size. A .zip file can be up to 8 MB.

That may have been when I tried a system repair on the machine. Not sure if that will help!

That's possible - I've never looked at a CBS log crossing a SR attempt before, so have no idea what to look at

I really have no idea where to look next (or what to do next, other than a repair install, or a clean install).
