OP has several recent BSOD issues pending which I don't think were ever satisfactorily solved........opinions welcome on this......I concur : format and clean install is the best option.

From your MGADiag report, you already have Service Pack 1 installed - but I doubt that you'll have any updates released since the advent of this problem.

Your License Type is OEM System Builder - which can only do a clean install (although that can be got around).
You say you have no HD that can take your data files - what did you do with the HD that you replaced with the SSD?

i have oem, meaning it was installed when i bought the computer. ( of course you know that) can i re-install? i have the product code
