It's not listed in my windows 7 update , and when i downloaded the standalone installer , it was said that "the update is not applicable to your computer" . is there any other option for me to get that update, i want to clean my winsxs folder. Mine is win7 ultimate 32-bit and this is Download Update for Windows 7 (KB2852386) from Official Microsoft Download Center from where i downloaded the standalone installer

This update came with the automated Windows Update back in October 09, 2013.
Require: Windows 7 SP1
Are you sure it is not listed. I got it installed on my machine.
You're high-lightning the kb2799926 on you're screenshot... and it supposes to be an Update for Windows 7 (KB2852386).
That might be because you've not installed previous updates to race the condition of being able to have the KB2852386 working.
I suggest you to update your computer before.

They are issued occasionally with Updates and include several single updates in one while removing the older ones. The fact that you got a message this update doesn't apply is a good sign you have it. I don't know how to check it though.
In all honesty I'd not worry about it. :)
hmm , but if i have it, i should have the option to remove old windows update files on disk cleanup.. hmm is there any software with similar functionality to remove obsolete windows update file from winsxs folder
If the option doesn't show you probably don't have any old update files. IT won't if you don't.
