how about this folder? it's 6GB in size and everything inside from what i heard are backup files from old update.
You should quit listening to who told you that. winsxs contains all w7 system files backed up. If a file in your w7 becomes corrupt it can recover a good one from there. Old updates would be more in the range of a few to a few hundred MB, not GB.
6GB is tiny, here's my winsxs.

so , there's no other means for me to clean the winsxs folder . thanks
Put another way, don't do anything in the winsxs folder.
I'll ask for some help for you. :)
In the meantime you can try Windows Update - Reset
It is not advisable to manually delete the winsxs Folder or any of the files that it contains.
WarningWarning Some important system files are located only in the WinSxS folder. Deleting files from the WinSxS folder or deleting the entire WinSxS folder might severely damage your system, so that your PC might not boot, and make it impossible to update.

In the first week of October 2013 Windows came out with a new Update, it is the one you are trying to install, KB2852386: Breaking News! The fact that you do not show the "Cleanup System Files" Button in your snip of your Disk Cleanup Post #5 could indicate that indeed you do not have KB2852386 installed.
This is a snip of my disk cleanup:

You do not show in your specs that you have the Win 7 SP1 installed, Do you have it installed or not?
Have you tried to update after the Update Reset that Britton suggested?
What brought you to this point? Did you do a re-install of the operating system, have a bad malware attack??
Your failure to be able to update properly could indicate bigger problems....
Here's an easy thing to try.
Type
cleanup
into the search box on the start menu, the results are displayed above the search box
Right click on Disk Clean and click on Run as administrator
Ok to dialog prompt for C:\ drive
Watch the scan, note if scanning Windows Update is displayed below the progress bar
If this is displayed you have the update.
It's an intelligent scan so there might not be anything displayed in the results box
In other word, Disk cleanup does not alway show Windows updates in the files to delete.
You NEVER want to disturb files in winsxs - that's the heart of Windows
Try this MS link - note validation required *
Download Update for Windows 7 (KB2852386) from Official Microsoft Download Center
Also please verify your system is 32 bit and SP1
Are you the administrator?
see: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2852386 for requirements
The standalone install fails with "not for this system"
There are a lot of Language WU pending. I did not see any pre-reqs other than SP1, but there are a lot of files listed in the KB article, under More Information / Addtional File Information (mostly manifest files)
It is possible that since Disk Cleanup does display information, that a language update is needed.
Checking the local time for OP tells me that they might use an Asian lang pack
Download Update for Windows 7 (KB2852386) from Official Microsoft Download Center , had downloaded both for x86 and x64 in case i mistaking my OS.. it's x86 .. and im an admin(you mean the administrator privilege on the comp right?)
