SP1 installation on Windows 7 fails (Code 8024200D)

    Hi there,

i'm actually trying to install the service pack 1 (kb976932) for windows 7 on my girlfriends machine but i won't let me.
I tried thorugh windows update and the standalone download version. Nothing works.
I run the 'System Update Readiness Tool for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB947821) [November 2013] ' succesfully but it won't helped me.

PS: It's a german version of windows 7.

    Please can someone help me....

Ok i will do that. I have a question to the SURT tool. The version i choosed was 'Windows 7 SP1 x64' which says it's supports this os. I have 'Windows 7 x64' installed. Is that fine because there is no version for that.

Here are the logs and a screenshot of the error message from windows update....in german like i said before
The command 'sfc /scannow' reported that no integrity violation was found.

chkusr.log -> no errors at all
cbs.log -> no errors at all. At least as far as my knowledge goes.

Maybe NOEL knows more(?) Unless he's too drunk in pub now ;-)
