That looks as if there is a firewall in the way of the normal validation procedures.
Please go to www.microsoft.com/genuine/diag using Internet Explorer - what does it have to say?
On the validation i tried downloading and installing it and then this popped out
Attachment 305778

then i try that diag web page
This is the result
Attachment 305779
Here it is.

Anyway i just remembered before all of this happened, i installed Dll suite and found some dll errors and try to fix them but didn't succeeded in fixing them all. Could this be related?
I was trying that validating and somehow the green circle appears and this happened
Attachment 305859
OUCH! the DLL suite was (is?) notorious for making a bad situation worse.
This is the same exact error that we saw earlier, and cured.Code:Line 21666: 2014-02-11 21:28:35, Info CSI 000002f3 [SR] Repairing 1 components Line 21667: 2014-02-11 21:28:35, Info CSI 000002f4 [SR] Beginning Verify and Repair transaction Line 21670: 2014-02-11 21:28:35, Info CSI 000002f6 [SR] Cannot repair member file [l:22{11}]"PINTLGB.IMD" of Microsoft-Windows-IME-Simplified-Chinese-Core, Version = 6.1.7601.17514, pA = PROCESSOR_ARCHITECTURE_AMD64 (9), Culture neutral, VersionScope = 1 nonSxS, PublicKeyToken = {l:8 b:31bf3856ad364e35}, Type neutral, TypeName neutral, PublicKey neutral in the store, hash mismatch Line 21673: 2014-02-11 21:28:35, Info CSI 000002f8 [SR] Cannot repair member file [l:22{11}]"PINTLGB.IMD" of Microsoft-Windows-IME-Simplified-Chinese-Core, Version = 6.1.7601.17514, pA = PROCESSOR_ARCHITECTURE_AMD64 (9), Culture neutral, VersionScope = 1 nonSxS, PublicKeyToken = {l:8 b:31bf3856ad364e35}, Type neutral, TypeName neutral, PublicKey neutral in the store, hash mismatch Line 21674: 2014-02-11 21:28:35, Info CSI 000002f9 [SR] This component was referenced by [l:202{101}]"Microsoft-Windows-Foundation-Package~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~6.1.7601.17514.WindowsFoundationDelivery" Line 21679: 2014-02-11 21:28:35, Info CSI 000002fc [SR] Could not reproject corrupted file [ml:520{260},l:62{31}]"\??\C:\Windows\IME\IMESC5\DICTS"\[l:22{11}]"PINTLGB.IMD"; source file in store is also corrupted Line 21692: 2014-02-11 21:28:35, Info CSI 000002fe [SR] Repair complete
There is obviously something on your system which is modifying/breaking that file, or its link to the rest of the OS.
We need to find out what that is.
One quick way to find it may be to run the SF BSOD tool from here - Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions and post the resulting file so I can take alook.
Lol i saw lots of my dll broken that's why i installed dll suite, who knows
Uninstalled
SF diagnostic tool results
Attachment 305930
Should i do de SF debug too?
Nah - that won't tell us much (I don't have the knowledge!)
you've got some fairly nasty programs installed, at first glance - It'll take me a while to check them properly.
Please download and install Malwarebytes Anti-malware (free version) from http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free/ - UNtick 'Enable free trial of MBAM PRO' at the end of the installation - and update it, then run a full scan in your main account, and Quick scans in any other user accounts.
Delete everything it finds
