    Unable to have update microsoft windows 7 ultimate


    Hello, I am new to this forum.

    My computer is unable to update. I have read that CBS logs can help to identify the issue. Here is what I have on mine.

    Checking Package Manifests and Catalogs
    (f) CBS MUM Corrupt 0x00000000 servicing\Packages\Micࡲosoft-Windows-ServicingBaseline-Ultimate-Package~31bf3856ad364e″5~amd64~~6.1.7600.16385.mum Expected file name Microsoft-Windows-ServicingBaseline-Ultimate-Package~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~6.1.7600.16385.mum does not match the actual file name

    What does this mean?

    I am unable to install new programs as well. Please help.
