Both the registry cleaners are DANGEROUS products - and will sooner or later totally cripple your machine.
Tuneup is one I don't know well enough to comment on, but suspect that it falls into the same category.
Please uninstall all of them, and attempt a System Restore back to a time before they were installed - assuming that time is no more than a month ago.

There are a large number of errors there - I'm having considerable problems attempting to work out which is the first in the chain.
Working on the basis that the 'odd one out' is likely to be at the root of the problem, then the update KB2862330 would be the root. (error is 80070490)
on the basis of first reported, it would be KB2876284
on the basis of oldest failing update, it's probably KB2853952

Let's see what flushing the complete update store does for us.

You will lose your Update history (but the updates will still be installed, and viewable in the Installed Updates listing).

    Open an Elevated Command Prompt
    Run the following commands

    NET STOP WUAUSERV
    REN C:\WINDOWS\SoftwareDistribution SDOLD
    NET START WUAUSERV

    reboot
then wait 10 minutes, and open Windows Updates, and run a Check for Updates.

Install only the oldest update found - and reboot once installed
then go back to Windows updates and install the others.

I don't think I can get you past this error...
    Code:
    2014-02-23 02:10:16:229 1316 85c Handler Post-reboot status for package Package_for_KB2862330~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~6.1.2.0: 0x80070490.
2014-02-23 02:10:16:229 1316 85c Handler WARNING: Got extended error: "Driver servicing operation failed"
    2014-02-23 02:10:16:229 1316 85c Handler WARNING: Failed to parse extended error: 0x80070057
The 0490 error in the first line is often the sign of significant corruption, and there are no clues so far as to where the corruption lies.

I think your best option is a repair install - see the instructions here...

I've never actually seen that 'fixit' work, although I suppose it must in certain limited circumstances..
However, it's certainly worth a try.
