    System Update Failures

Hey, I'm having a problem with 2 System Updates

Internet Explorer 11 for Windows 7 for x64-based systems
    Error: Code 9C47

Update for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB2853952)
    Error: Code8007065E

I've tried running each update separate and together in different orders always fails.

SFC/scannow comes back with no integrity errors

Getting an Internal Server Error 500 when trying to upload my zipped CBS logs.

Also i haven't used SURT in a while is the installation how it runs or after it install should there be another file i click on to run it because i can't seem to find it anywhere

The SURT just "installs"... there is nothing else to click on.

It might take a few minutes or it might take overnight.

It might also appear to stall/freeze - just let it run.

SURT Runs fine finishes within an hour

Same results across the board however

Still an Internal Server Error when trying to upload the CBS file

Thanks for the help so far.:)

Please post the CBS.log file after compression as it can be up to 3.5GB (!! - ok, that very unusual, it's usually less than 100MB) If it's still too big, (which is what the server error means) then upload it to your favourite fileshare site (preferably Dropbox or OneDrive/SkyDrive) and post a link. NOTE: you mus copy it to the desktop first, as it cannot normally be opened.

Please also post the CheckSUR.log file - C:\Windows\logs\CBS\CheckSUR.log
