    These permissions aren't exactly dangerous in themselves, but they do lower the resistance threshold to malware, and consequently could lead to huge problems later.

    A repair install is really your best option - and even a Factory Recovery will still entail a mass of updates being downloaded afterwards, anyhow which could amount to well over a GB of data. Do you have access to a higher speed connection at all?

    ... and check your manual for instructions about doing a full System Recovery to ex-factory condition.
    In either case, you should back up to external media before attempting the procedure.

    downloading and waiting is ok for me but my ISP only allows me to download 800mb of data per day.........can i do a factory reset on my laptop? like it will return to original state when i first use this? is it possible? or not ?

    sir im still getting the error 8020002e after i format my drive and reinstall my windows heres the log

    That is most likely due to connection problems rather than anything else - did you reinstall all the drivers?

    i have backup of my drivers and i restored it well i think i also try to reinstall the drivers but right now im downloading and installing all update using WINDOWS update downloader its an third party app.
