Activation - right away or wait 2-3 weeks?

The activation nags are making me want to activate my new install. Everything is working and I have everything installed. I can't help but think it would be smart to wait 2-3 weeks "just in case" of a boot drive failure. What do you normally do? Activate when everything is set up and running right or wait the 30 days? Thanks.

I activate as soon as I have everything running the way I like/need.

I really thought most would say to wait until the last minute on a new build but.....it will be fine.
