    NO!

Your earlier post shows the command
    XCOPY E:\a78ab C:\windows\winsxs /y /i /s /v /h

    You MUST use the command
    XCOPY E:\a78ab E:\windows\winsxs /y /i /s /v /h

If it produces an error message - please give exact details.
If not, then it should work.

    Hi Noel,

sorry for the delay but I didn`t noticed your last reply.

I executed the command exactly as instructed by you, but still receive the same corrupted file msg on CBS Log as you can see in the attached files, please advice.

The SFC scan still shows the same problem

    Code:
     Line 10397: 2014-04-10 22:34:58, Info CSI 00000329 [SR] Repairing 1 components
Line 10398: 2014-04-10 22:34:58, Info CSI 0000032a [SR] Beginning Verify and Repair transaction
Line 10401: 2014-04-10 22:34:58, Info CSI 0000032c [SR] Cannot repair member file [l:24{12}]"netiougc.exe" of Microsoft-Windows-TCPIP, Version = 6.1.7600.16385, pA = PROCESSOR_ARCHITECTURE_IA32_ON_WIN64 (10), Culture neutral, VersionScope = 1 nonSxS, PublicKeyToken = {l:8 b:31bf3856ad364e35}, Type neutral, TypeName neutral, PublicKey neutral in the store, hash mismatch
There's no doubt you got the command right this time, and I definitely uploaded the correct file so far as I can tell.

It looks to me as if the system is finding the wrong file - the found hash for the file matches the amd64 file rather than the wow64 version it should be finding.

maybe another tool would help isolate the cause.

Please download and save the file following to your desktop - http://www.sysnative.com/niemiro/apps/SFCFix.exe
double-click on it to run it, and accept the warnings.
After a few minutes, it will put a file SFCFix.txt on your desktop - please upload it to your reply.

Great! - that looks as if it may have fixed the problem.
Please run another SFC /SCANNOW and post the new CBS.log file.

Same error code message again, I tried to download this update since more than a Year, only 73.6 MB remains to download out of 892.6 MB for the SP, but it fails again using Windows update installation.

I will try to download and install stand-alone package for this service pack & will update you soon..

    Thanks again Noel.
