Unfortunately that is just the home page you linked.

If your zip file is named CBS that will be the name in the window I showed you in blue before.

I guess I did something wrong. The blue highlited link is labeled http://www.filedropper.com/superwindows7. Do I add my file to thesuperwindows7 after a forward dash?

That was just an example of what it would look like.

If you go here,

Free File Hosting - Online Storage; Upload Mp3, Videos, Music. Backup Files

Click on the green button to upload your file, select the CBS you want. Then the open button.

It will show a progress bar while uploading, then switch to a page with two boxes, the top box is the one I showed in this post,

installing update during shutdown

You have to highlight the link in that box by left clicking and sliding your cursor over it.

Then right click on the highlighted text and select copy, come back to your post, right click and select paste.

I hve actually eliminated the annoyance without curing the problem. I went to windows update and selected the annoying update, right clicked on it and selected "hide". It no longer appears when I shut down. Of course, it doesn't update either but that doesn't bother me since I don't use IE.

Windows Updates are more than just for IE. In fact most are not for IE. You should go in and do the updates manually every week or so.
