after latest updates office 2010 is gone from most systems on domain

    hi

after latest updates are pushed on systems office 2010 is gone . it is affecting office 2010.
the windows in question is windows 7 enterprise and office is pro plus.

we are in a domain environment . updates are pushed through wsus server.

the symptoms are that when launching outlook we get some mapi32 dll not found error.
also in start menu word.excel are not visible.. infact non of office applications are visible under office menu in start menu.

looking in the instalation directory (program files x86 etc) in office folder we do not have winword or excel exe files there as well.

repairing existing office 2010 installation doesnt works

the only solution is to remove office 2010 and install office 2013.

Please help in finding the cause/solution of this issue.

All systems are using same version of Windows and office. Same installatin media and procedure is used on them.

I see daily few systems bring affected. This issue happens after system is rebooted probably for the updates to take affect.
