    Cannot update IE9 to IE11


    Hello All,

    I'm using the Windows 7 home basic x86 SP1 and when i try to install the upgrade to IE11 with microsoft automatic update but failed every time.

    in c:\windows\IE11_main.txt :

    00:04.571: INFO: Version Check for (KB2834140) of C:\Windows\System32\d3d11.dll: 6.1.7601.17514 >= 6.2.9200.16570 (False)

    Can anyone help me solve this issue ... i have no idea why it's not accepting the upgrade.
