    Hi Welcome to Seven forums.

    Notification Reason: 0xC004F009 means, The grace period expired before the system was activated. The system is now in reduced functionality mode (RFM) mode. How to troubleshoot Volume Activation 2.0 error codes in Windows Vista

    You can try this.

    A. Activate using command
    1. Open an Elevated CMD command prompt.
    (type CMD in search bar and right click on cmd.exe and run it as admin)
    2. Run Slmgr.vbs –ipk <your mak key>
    --->This command install product key(replace existing key)
    3. Run slmgr.vbs –ato
    --->This command Activate Windows

    B: Activate by phone
    1. Run the command "slui 4" from the Elevated Command Prompt
    2. Please choose the nearest location where you live, click next
    3. Call the Activation Department with the telephone number provided by the last step
    4. Provided them with the Installation ID and they generate a corresponding Confirmation ID.
    5. Enter the Confirmation ID
