Hi I started geting this error and I can not update my Windows. I contacted Microsoft support and they told me that I have a virus or malware. I checked with a sofware supplied by them and I dont have any virus or malware. I called them back and they told me that I have to pay them 99 dollars to fix my issue.

Any sugestins how I can do this by myslef.

This error is typically caused by bad connection.
This is often caused by malware - what did MS have you run?

Please download and install Malwarebytes Anti-malware (free version) from http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free/ - UNtick 'Enable free trial of MBAM PRO' at the end of the installation - and update it, then run a full scan in your main account, and Quick scans in any other user accounts.

Delete everything it finds
