Windows Updating while I'm away

Is it possible for me to have my computer go to sleep when either the WU download or installation is completed?

AddRAM, my computer is set to go to sleep after 30 minutes of inactivity. So I guess this means that it will start to sleep 30 minutes after the WU operation is finished. Apparently (with you're help) I've more-or-less answered my own question: I must rely on my general sleep settings. I've now changed the inactivity interval fro 30 to 20 minutes. Thanks!

Before closing the question I'll wait for your response, in case there's anything I'm missing.

I run Firefox 3.6.13, which was released in December, and I installed straight from Mozilla on 12/28 when I put in a new Windows 7 installation (had been running XP previously). Under XP, going back five years, my FF updates would just get installed automatically. I'd have to give Mozilla...

Updating Windows 7 RC?
I was looking around the forums for a fix for a problem I previously had and I read that we can up date Windows 7 Build 7100 to 7200 or something like that, is this a simple update or is it a big thing like re-installing the OS? Just wondering if it is worth upgrading or not? :) Thanks.
