Getting Error Code 0x8007232B on Activation

When I click the Activation link, it tries to log into the Windows Activation site (I guess), then comes back with this error. That's all I know.

You appear to be using a KMS Volume license - this requires access to a private KMS server.
Your machine appears to be licensed for Windows Vista, rather than Windows 7.
The Latitude E5500 appears to be a business-class machine.

For what version and edition of Windows is the machine licensed - ACCORDING TO THE COA STICKER ON THE CASE (or inside the battery compartment)?
