    Yes! Thank you, that did it.
    Thanks for all your research into this.

    Now all I need is another free backup software that can do disk image, incremental, and scheduled backups. Any recommendations? (The built in Windows 7 backup has several problems for my situation.)

    Sorry - I tend to use Disk Images rather than anything else.
    I know a lot of the guys here use Acronis, but have no personal experience with it.

    I was a longtime user of both Acronis and Macrium Reflect, but my biggest gripe was the time they took to make and restore an image. For the past few months I've been testing Rollback RX, and was impressed enough to purchase the full version. I use it as another layer of protection in case something happens and I need to restore my system, and the best feature is it takes less than 30 seconds to restore your complete OS!!
