No windows updates anywhere, including system32, sevices, etc.

so the problem im having is that windows update is no where to be found. its not in system32 as wuapp or in the services, its my aunt computer and she has windows 7 ultimate, some one else installed win7 for her and disabled/removed windows update and the search programs and files bar. so the computer itself doesnt need updates but it would be nice to get this back. i've look everywhere from online and ive found nothing
any help?

Windows 7 Home Premium x64 SP1

Start with the System File Checker

SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

If no help, a repair install would be my 2nd choice

This sounds to me very much as if your aunt's 'friend' installed a counterfeit (and highly compromised) copy of Windows.
Is there a COA sticker on the machine's case? If so, for which version and edition of Windows is it valid?

Please post an MGADiag report..

Please follow this tutorial and post an MGADiag report - then we can see what the problem is.

Ignore errors produced when clicking on the Copy button - they simply mean that the tool could not create the backup files for some reason. The data is still copied to the clipboard for pasting to your response.
