Startup Repair infinte loop

For at least a week now i have been trying to boot my computer. I can not acces safe mood and startup repair says that it can not fix problem automatically due to a device i have have put in computer. I have not put in any devices to this. I have also to tried to follow the link on here and infinte loop recovery but when i get to the end it says can not copy all files due to a I/O device error. I dont know what to do next to fix this computer.

If you are sure you have not messed something up yourself, "I/O device error" doesn't sound good.
Have you tried running chkdsk /f /r from the recovery console? (choose the command prompt option instead of the repair one)
