New Windows update causing launch failure

Hey guys. I really need help with this. When I install these new Windows 7 updates, and shut down the computer, Windows won't launch. So I always have to do the startup repair option, which is getting annoying. I've attached a screenshot of the updates, and I wanted to know which one(s) were causing the issues, and how can I fix this? Thanks!

Please follow the Windows Update Posting Instructions and post the requested data
If the file is too large (8MB compressed), remove the older CBSPersist cab files until the final file is below the limit - you can always post them separately after zipping them. (the forum doesn't allow the upload of bare CAB files, for a number of reasons)

I'm sorry. I'm really new at this, and I'm not sure what exactly to do on that link

Just follow the instructions as best you can - if you have a particular problem/question, come back and refer to the step number you're having a problem with, and I'll try and talk you through it.

Alright, it won't let me upload the CBS.rar file to this reply for some reason. So I uploaded it to dropbox. Is that all you needed? https://www.dropbox.com/s/la6jr6qgh8vrrnj/CBS.rar

That'll do nicely - the file was way too big for the forum (max allowed filesize is 8MB - your file is 20MB+)
It'll take me a while to digest it - back when I can read something into it.

The CheckSUR report shows that it found and fixed three problems.

The CBS log is clear of errors, and SFC was clear.
There are no significant errors in the CBSPersist logs.

Looks like we'll have to look elsewhere for the problem.

Please upload the C:\Windows\windowsupdate.log file - I'll take a look tomorrow.

I asked for the C:\Windows\windowsupdate.log file - the others are useful, but not what I need.
