The installed Product Key is an MAK Key for Windows 7 Pro (common in company installs)

The problem is the result of the following error...
    Code:
    Tampered File: %systemroot%\system32\slui.exe|slui.exe.mui|COM Registration

This is often the result of mistaken use of registry cleaners/optimizers/destroyers (pick any one)
To confirm that the problem is what I think it is, please run the following commands in an Elevated Command Prompt window and post the results.

    REG QUERY HKLM\SOFTWARE\Classes\Wow6432Node\TypeLib\{EE574957-4077-4AD6-8658-327C2C86C5AA}/S

    Thanks for doing the heavy-lifting!

    I've uploaded a file - sluicom64.zip - to my OneDrive at Noel's OneDrive
Please download and save it to your desktop.
Right-click on the saved file and select Extract all...
Save it to the default location
This should create a file sluicom64reg

right-click on the file, and select Merge
Accept the warnings, - you should then get a 'Success' message.
    Close all windows, and reboot.

Run another MGADiag report, and post the results.

Thank you NoelDP. It worked for me after 2 months of researches. You're simply the best. Even the Microsoft help service didn't give us the step by step what you furnished. You're the best I have to repeat. Many thanks.

Glad it worked - for you!
Most times we have to craft specific fixes for each responder - which is why we always ask people to start a new thread.

    Good luck!
