Windows 7 Pro 64bit Error code 80070308

    sorry for misunderstanding, have ran cmd elevated, input your code, and saved results to word (attached .Doc)
    upon teaming into her pc, a java update popped up as well, upon installing java pops up an error which hasn't happened in the past. (attached Java Update).

    I'm wondering if there is maybe a connection problem?

    After speaking with her tonight while teaming, she mentioned a couple times today she went to amazon, and while shopping firefox she saw an error of not responding, she saw the windows "thing" go round and round, also scroll would not work, she'd wait a 1/2 hour-45 minutes, then returned to pc and it would then work for her.
    After hearing this i checked her firefox updates, and all up to date.

    Getting a bit flustered/confused on these errors, have you ran into these types of symptoms?

    The Command Prompt output is normal.

    That error is from the Java install - would probably be a good idea to uninstall it from Programs and features, and then reinstall it from www.java.com

    Make sure you check for older versions of Java, and uninstall any found.
