Started getting Windows not Genuine errors after 3 years w/OEM product

Hi there,
I mentioned this in the Windows Updates section, but since it is a slightly separate issue I figured I'd post here as well. I began getting "Windows may not be Genuine" errors recently after having some trouble installing Windows Updates. I ran the diagnostic and here is what I got:

Win 7 x64 Home Premium (and x86 VirtualBox VM)/Win10

Both problems have the same source - possibly corrupt drivers, or possibly corrupted WU store.

This may simply be caused by a bad set of Intel Rapid Storage Technology drivers -

Installing the Intel Rapid Storage Drivers
try downloading and installing them from here - https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&ProdId=2101&DwnldID=22194

(you want the iata_enu.exe download)

Once complete, please reboot twice, then post another MGADiag report.

Okay, thanks-
I installed the driver and rebooted. On my second reboot, DOS ran CHKDSK of its own volition. When Windows proper loaded, it said the SATA driver had been installed and that I should reboot again, which I did. Then I ran MGADiag and got this:

I am not sure if that means anything is fixed, although my laptop seems slightly happier. Maybe it will let me install updates now, or at least shut up about my Windows not being Genuine. I am going to start tackling the issues from the other thread, but let me know how this looks! Thanks so much for your help!

The MGADiag report now shows no errors.
You should no longer be seeing non-genuine reports, and Windows Updates should work.

If you have any more problems...

Please follow the Windows Update Posting Instructions and post the requested data
If the file is too large (8MB compressed), remove the older CBSPersist cab files until the final file is below the limit - you can always post them separately after zipping them. (the forum doesn't allow the upload of bare CAB files, for a number of reasons)
