Windows update download question

    Windows update download question


    I got a message saying i needed to install this Windows update agent so i did , i don't know where it came from though as i have downloaded updates in the past without issue .

    It is the only thing that downloaded , nothing else found .

    Whats up with this?

Hello, My windows 7 always asking for download and configuration. When am going to start and shutting down the computer, the message come automatically. After 2-3 minutes it goes in function. Please help me, how can i stop this message?
My laptop has my Windows Keycode right on the bottom as it should... but I don't have the restore disc that came with (or didn't, can't remember)..so I assume (dangerous I know) I can just snag a vanilla Windows via torrent and burn a disc, right? So where can I safely download it? Common sense...

i have a question. I downloaded the windows 7 upgrade and i want to do a clean install. is it possible to burn the files onto a dvd? or do i have to put them on a portable usb? the files that are on my desktop are setup1.box and setup2.box and Win7-HP-Retail-en-us-x86.exe what and how do i burn...
