Should I redo that command exactly as you said waiting 10 minutes before and after reboot? Maybe I got a little hasty and should redo again. I don't know how important that waiting time is.

I'm sure I replied to this one earlier this evening!
There's not much point, as it's likely that whatever you did, nothing will have changed unless the first command actually worked and you've rebooted since. If it didn't then I have no idea what's going on and all I can do is recommend a repair install.
Well Noel, here is what I now have. Things have changed. I ran a "FixIt" from Microsoft for the WU and it wiped out all my old updates that were there so I could start from scratch. As you well know, today is the second Tuesday of the month and that means...Windows Update time! Lo and behold! KB2973351 and KB2973337 completely disappeared from the update list. Guess I didn´t need them in the first place...strange. All the regular updates for this month installed perfectly. But I am not shouting victory, as KB2952664 did not. As you mentioned way back when, in the beginning (quite some time!) I can live without that one, as I never plan to install Windows 8 on this laptop. I can hold out until 2020 when Windows 7 dies and Windows 9? will be out.
These helps me.

Remember to reboot.
Glad to hear that we seems to have resolved everything - even if in a slightly unconventional manner.
Good to hear that the latest updates installed without problems.
Good luck!
Thank you very much for all your time and support on this. We did a lot fixing my files in the first place and then getting the updates more or less in their place. Good job and thanks again
Just before my last goodbye, a note to let you know that all 3 KB´s appeared again and are still not installing. I will not erase my hard drive to reinstall Windows 7 just for 3 updates. I have hidden them and they are forgotten. Maybe one of these days..............
Thanks again for the site links.
Repair Install
I investigated on Microsoft Forums and found this link and did it. Step 6. I had the chance (and did!) save all my files reinstalling Windows 7 from scratch. After installing all the updates (151+ and 40 more after installing a Spanish language too) All updates (including the 3 famous KB¨s) installed perfectly. Didn´t loose one file and did a check Disc and the file scanner again afterward and every runs just dandy. The whole operation took me over 8 hours but it was worth it.
