    No Update Service

So whilst trying to download a program for something, I did some digging as to why it wasn't installing correctly. This lead me to a solution which involved checking the windows update service. Unfortunately when I went to the Services there was no Windows Update to be found! I guess I should have figured since the computer hasn't offered me any updates in quite some time. Going to the windows update page also yields no results as it says the service is not running. Can't make it run if it isn't there.

My question is, how do I get it back? Any questions will be answered to the best of my abilities. Thanks!

Please download the Farbar Service Scanner from

    http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/farbar-service-scanner/

Right-click on the saved file and select 'Run as Administrator', and tick all the options, then click on the Scan button - copy and paste the report to your response.
