12 Windows Updates won't install, have tried various fixes

    The failed updates are ms office 2010 updates. But some ms office updates install successfully. Normal windows updates install fine.

    install and run Windows Repair (All In One) . Be sure to check "Repair Windows Updates". After run and repair.... reboot. Then try to install the updates again.

    Pleasefollow the WindowsUpdate Posting Instructions and post the requested data
    If the file is too large (8MBcompressed), remove the older CBSPersist cab files until the final file isbelow the limit - you can always post them separately after zipping them. (theforum doesn't allow the upload of bare CAB files, for a number of reasons)

    Hi there
    Still no luck - followed all the steps yet after a reboot the updates did not install. See attached screenshot and zipped file:
