Wuaueng.dll is now missing in Services.

This update agent was automatically installed on July 31. Shortly after, I started experiencing freezing, them BS and crushings, then eventually, on August 5th, failure to start. Somehow, I was able to get started on Safe mode and was able to run chkdsk which seemingly resolved all issues except for missing Restore Points in SR.(SR does not accept manually successfully created RP's).

Now, I just realized my newly revived system does not have this update agent. It is listed in update history but does not show in installed update listing. Wuaueng.dll is now missing in Services.

Any cause/effect relation between recent update agent auto installation, subsequent system crushing issues,... and after revival, missing Restore Points in SR and missing update agent?

Please follow the Windows Update Posting Instructions and post the requested data
If the file is too large (8MB compressed), remove the older CBSPersist cab files until the final file is below the limit - you can always post them separately after zipping them. (the forum doesn't allow the upload of bare CAB files, for a number of reasons)

I have posted results of MGADiag Tool more than one hour ago and nobody made any comment. So I deleted as I am not comfortable leaving them posted for too long.

I just found out Wuaueng.dll is never missing. I was looking at the wrong folder or file. However, this time I cannot open the file. When I point the arrow on it, it says windows agent 7 version 320.

The installation is counterfeit - you have an Acer OEM_SLP Product Key installed on an HP machine with an Activation Exploit present.
You need to reformat and reinstall using legitimate media and Key.
