Windows Update Error 80070308 and 9C59

Just recently, I've been receiving error codes 80070308 along with error 9C59 when attempting to perform Windows Update. I'm not entirely too sure when this problem began since last months updates installed successfully and I haven't been able to install any updates since then. Attached is the most recent CBS log.

I have already run the SURT twice.

    Could you help me?

Your CBS log is showing lots of this type of error.
    Code:
     Line 147559: 2014-08-18 13:51:45, Error                 CSI    0000013e (F) STATUS_REQUEST_OUT_OF_SEQUENCE #1265671# from Windows::COM::CComponentStore::ApplyTransactionNow(...)[gle=0xd000042a]
I've seen this before - and fixed it - but now forgotten how I fixed it

    Found it!

    Please (carefully!) open Regedit
    Navigate to the
    HKLM\COMPONENTS

    Key,

Look in the right pane and see if there's a value called 'PendingRequired' - if so delete that value completely. Then reboot, and try Windows Update again.

Okay, that solved one of my problems as it installed all except one successfully. Thank you for helping me with that! I am still however receiving error 9C59 when trying to install Internet Explorer 11 to upgrade from IE 10.

OK- let's take another look at the files.
Please repeat the full set of Windows UPdate Posting instructions, and we'll see if there's any more clues there.

You may have more luck by using the standalone installer from here...
Download Internet Explorer 11 - Microsoft Windows

Alright, I tried to install that, but it failed too. What should I do now? I'll post another copy of my CBS.log in a little while.

Okay. CBS_standalone.zip is for when I installed IE 11 through the link that you provided in a earlier post. I decided to see what would happen if I ran SFC again and then attempted to install IE 11 through Windows Update (not the standalone version) which is shown through CBS_online.zip. I included the most recent CBSPersist file since I wasn't sure if there was enough information (low file size).
