Windows 7 Build 7601 Copy Not Genuine - another one!

    Your help greatly appreciated.

Had all sorts of problems with an Update stuck on 'Configuring'. Eventually got that sorted only to get this problem.
From reading previous threads, seems I will need to run diagnostic to get help, so here is result:

You have a Trusted Store Tamper - TTS Error: T:20140819124002691-

This is often caused by malware - but can also be caused by improper permissions or system corruption.

Please download and install Malwarebytes Anti-malware (free version) from http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free/ - UNtick 'Enable free trial of MBAM Premium' at the end of the installation - and update it, then run a full scan in your main account, and Quick scans in any other user accounts.

    Delete everything it finds

Then reboot and run another MGADiag report, and post the new report - we'll see what happens before attempting further diagnosis.
What Anti-Virus is currently installed? - what other AV's have ever been installed on this machine?

That looks fine now. - the good news..
    1) the system is properly activated
    2) The Tamper timestamp hasn't changed - which means that Windows hasn't noticed anything new interfering.
    3) the spsys.log file contents haven't changed - another indicator of no further interference.

You should confirm the good news by validating at www.microsoft.com/genuine/validate using Internet Explorer - it should pass.

    Good luck!
