Product key for 64 bit not working

Hi everyone, new to tech stuff, new poster.

I had 32bit home premium, HDD fried, reinstalled ISO and made the mistake of getting another 32bit, wanted 64 as my pc is more than capable of handling it and i heard that as long as it is not OEM and the same version (home premium 32 and 64) that i can use the same key.

I used it again on the second 32bit. I wiped my HDD and got the iso for 64bit, and my key is not working for me.

Am I screwed, or can I call MS and do something to save me from another purchase? I tried reinstalling 32bit and got invalid key again as well. So now i am doing another HDD wipe with DBAN and just going with 64.

Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

This is a custom built PC and I bought win7 from newegg, so it isn't a bootleg copy. I have the sticker on my PC (thank god i remembered to put it there).

You`ll just have to call Microosoft

    Check your key with this.

Please follow this tutorial and post an MGADiag report - then we can see what the problem is.

Ignore errors produced when clicking on the Copy button - they simply mean that the tool could not create the backup files for some reason. The data is still copied to the clipboard for pasting to your response.

Please also state the Version and Edition of Windows quoted on your COA sticker (if you have one) on the case of your machine (or inside the battery compartment), but do NOT quote the Key on the sticker!
